Jill Rowland has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Columbia College and is a native South Carolinian. She has judged, emceed and participated in beauty pageants for 12 years. It was Jill's love of beauty pageants and fashion that prompted her to open Dazzles in February of 2000. Dazzles owner Jill Rowland has wardrobed hundreds of pageant contestants and has had winners on the local, state and national level.
